We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, but once we figured it out, it was only a short 10-minute walk from the bus station and town center. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and clean surroundings. The central air conditioning and electronic door locks provided convenient amenities and security. The breakfast spread was delicious, with options including fresh fruits, cereals, pancakes, and traditional breakfast items. The hotel's location at the northern end of the beach allowed for a more peaceful and uncrowded experience compared to other parts of the beach. Despite the occasional noise from the cleaning staff, the end rooms offered more space for families at the same cost as standard rooms.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Good rate quality/price.
Location is in area under construction ten minute walk from the beach. Food is not the best quality and it could be fresher. Staff overall good enough. My opinion is this hotel has a mark too high!

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with big comfortable bed and the balcony, for example and got it upon arrival. The location was magnificent and particularly good close to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center. The area was very beautiful, a superb base for me.
There was balcony missing, I was a little disappointed.

I was staying in the hotel with my boyfriend for a week at the beginning of September and we both enjoyed it very much. The hotel was clean and nice, the staff was very polite and kind, eager to help. The breakfast was very good, the only thing we didn't like was coffee. If we decide to go on holiday tu Bulgaria next year, we'll choose this hotel again.

Very new, modern and comfortable hotel in an area that is undergoing extensive development. Beautiful rooms overlooking patio and pool area. Exceptional service from the staff. The young lady at the front desk was particularly helpful when I realized I had taken the key from my last hotel. She looked up the address, phoned and arranged for mailing. Very efficient and fluent in English. I was there very early in the season (mid May) and so perhaps not all services were available, but they still went out of their way to schedule for massage. Incredible value for the money.
Hotel is on the edge of an active construction area. Access to the beach was blocked at the time by construction and hotel is surrounded by roads in various states of construction. Stay on paved roads to reach the hotel. Breakfast was fixed plate as buffet had not yet be started for season.

Friendly and Cozy Atmosphere: The hosts and staff at the hotel really made me feel at home. They were warm and welcoming, creating a friendly and cozy atmosphere throughout my stay.
Poor Soundproofing: Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the hotel was quite poor. I had trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbors and the lack of insulation in the walls.

The bathroom is like a mini spa with a fancy shower and a phone in case you need to call someone. There's even an SOS system, just in case you accidentally get locked in. And the hairdryer? Let's just say it's a miracle for my unruly hair. Oh, and the bath cosmetics make me feel like a queen! And the towels? Soft and fluffy, just the way I like them.
Although some may disagree, I found the SOS system in the bathroom a bit unnecessary. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?
